ACLS Course is for Healthcare Professionals who either direct or participate in management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies and for personnel in emergency response. BLS For Healthcare Providers (BLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. This video-based, Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both in-facility and prehospital settings. This course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills. |
Heartsaver CPR/AED
The Heartsaver® CPR AED course is intended for all individuals who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, including: security guards, airline personnel, police, firefighters. It is also appropriate for lay rescuers who may have a need to respond to an emergency in the workplace, and family members of patients at high risk for sudden cardiac death. |
Heartsaver First Aid & CPR/AED
The Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED course is intended for all individuals who have a duty to respond to a first aid or cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, including: security and airline personnel, camp counselors, police and firefighters, teachers and other individuals who want or need first-aid training. It is also appropriate for lay rescuers who may have a need to respond to an emergency in the workplace. Heartsaver First Aid
(details here) This course is intended for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, OSHA, or other requirements. This course can also be taken by anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting and includes self-care. The goals of First Aid are to reduce morbidity and mortality by alleviating suffering, preventing further illness or injury, and promoting recovery. The scope of the First Aid has been expanded for control of severe bleeding. It provides knowledge that may help to save a life. It covers the basics of first aid, consisting of the most common life-threatening emergencies, how to recognize them, how to call for help, how to perform lifesaving skills and how to act in an emergency. |
